We are a full service machine and sheet metal shop engineering and designing products and manufacturing mechanical components for the the electronic & robotic industries since 1967. We are located in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC. At Phoenix, we strive to be the best and take special pride in our continued long-standing relationships with our customers, which include DoD/Military, Fortune 500 companies, engineering firms, startups and individuals with prototype needs.
CONTRACT MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY
Our shop is fully loaded with a variety of sheet metal-working and metal-cutting machinery. Creating a special look for your products can be both functionally and aesthetically important, that is why we have created the perfect combination of tools and staff.
We have numerous mills and lathes, two Haas CNC lathes, VF2 to VF5 machining centers, CNC bending brakes, and TIG, MIG, and Spot welder, just to name some of our equipment. Our sanding room is fully-equiped and ready to provide the best possible finish to your products.

DESIGN
We provide custom design and engraving for graphics, awards and custom CNC machine parts through our in-house Graphic Design Department.
FINISHING

Hazem helps to set-up and operate our computer numberical control (CNC) machines to manufacture precision parts.
