We deliver end-to-end solutions, from “back-of-the-napkin sketches” to PCB stud layout.  Our custom sheet metal fabrication shop is capable of manufacturing metal boxes of alum and stainless steel, joined with seamless welding in any plane, and delivered with inserts powder coat, and silk screen.  

We start with your CAD drawing, the quickest and easiest way for experienced CAD users to specify custom PCB enclosures. If you are too busy or you don’t have CAD software, we can start from your rough sketch, a description or even just the internal components.

Our shop is fully loaded with a variety of metal-working and metal-cutting machinery. Creating a special look for your products can be both functionally and aesthetically important which is why we have created the perfect combination of tools and staff.

We offer a variety of metal machining processes such as shearing, punching, rolling, forming, welding, and sawing. We can accommodate various steels, aluminum, brass, copper, bronze, and engineered plastics in many raw forms.  We ensure that your enclosures are fully finished, so you can include hardware, fasteners, brackets, hinges and accessories. We can also customize your PCB enclosure with a variety of finishes, including powder coat, direct digital printing, grained finish and permanent marking.
