COVID-19 – Letter From the CEO

14 months after the first case of COVID-19, we are still committed to the safety of our associates and to further our cooperation with all of our customers. We have allowed our production processes to continue as scheduled by bringing back our entire staff within one shift.

Dear Valued Customer,
Since March 2020 COVID-19 is has had a dramatic impact on our lives, businesses, and on our production. The manufacturing work week has been transformed into a new model.
I want to share my update on what Phoenix Companies, LLC is doing to keep you, our customers and our staff safe while continuing to deliver exceptional products.
As always, Phoenix Companies, LLC is following the guidance of global health experts at the World Health Organization (WHO) and U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Continuously, we are reminding our employees about frequent hand washing, regularly cleaning and disinfecting of parts and equipment. Importantly, we have asked our employees to get their mandated vaccinations. At this time most have had a least one shot.
At Phoenix Companies, LLC we are still running full production to accommodate your needs. We are committed to getting your work done, but only if it can be done in a safe environment. Therefore, until further notice, we are not meeting anyone, unless with strict mask wearing.
We continue our mission to provide expertise to assist you in reducing cost and increasing productivity through the application of precision machine shop and sheet metal manufactured parts. Our office team is ready to answer your questions and assist you with your quotes and orders. Our mechanics are eager, our equipment robust, and we are not experiencing any material shortages.
Thank you again for your support of our small business, especially during what is quickly becoming an interesting navigation second year with COVID-19. Our managers are working continuously to serve your business needs during this time, while keeping our employees safe.
