As I enter into retirement, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff, specially Moe, for many years of excellent service. During the 14 years we have been associated, I have never had any major problems with Phoenix. In the cases of inevitable small issues that have risen, you have been more than helpful in resolving them. Your performance has always been exemplary, and the finished products from your shop have always been of excellent quality. I will continue to recommend you to any of my associates who might be seeking quality machine work.
As my company winds down, I will probably have fewer requirements for machine work, but rest assured that any special projects involving metalwork and painting will be steered your way.
